Township of Union Public Schools will remain closed for the remainder of the
2019-2020 school year. Therefore, new student registration will begin Monday,
May 18th through electronic submission only. The following outlines
the process for new student registration for the 2020-2021 school year:
the Street Listings to determine the school which corresponds to your address.
the mandatory proofs of residency and prepare them as a PDF file. You may also
use your smartphone to take a picture of your documents to upload.
student’s medical documentation, including immunization records and Universal
Physical Form and prepare them as a PDF file. Again, you may also use your
smartphone to take a picture of your documents to upload.
For all students registering for the high school into grades 10-12, a copy of their Transcript is also required.
