&
BOARD-CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)

ESTABLISHED QUALIFICATION CRITERIA
NOTICE is hereby given that the Township of Union Board of Education is soliciting sealed proposals no later than 9:00 AM on Tuesday, May 23, 2023 addressed to Mrs. Yolanda Koons, Business Administrator, Township of Union Board of Education, 2369 Morris Avenue, Union, NJ 07083. Proposals will be opened and read by the School Business Administrator and RFP Committee shortly thereafter.
Proposals shall be submitted in sealed envelopes, marked RFP 2023-24 01 Behavior Technician Svc & Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), by mail, courier or in person. Proposers have sole responsibility for timely receipt of proposals.
Proposal Forms, General Instructions, Specifications, and other RFP documents may be examined or obtained at the office of the Business Administrator, during the regular business hours of 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the above address, and may be reviewed and obtained on the Board website at https://www.twpunionschools.org/.
It is recommended that all vendors who have downloaded specifications register with the Purchasing Department to ensure receipt of any addenda issued. It is the sole responsibility of the person submitting the
RFP to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement. If bidders download a Bid/RFP/RFQ from the website, it is the responsibility of the person submitting the RFP to check prior to the RFP due date to see if addenda have been issued. Copies of addenda will be made available on the Board’s website and will be faxed, emailed, or sent via certified U.S. Mail to all registered venders. Any questions on the RFP must be submitted to the Business Administrator in writing no later than seven days before the RFP due date. Answers will be provided in writing to all proposers who have picked up RFPs or registered with the Purchasing Department.
The following services are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5:
• Behavior Technicians
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Responses to the above referenced services should address the general criteria and mandatory minimum criteria for the position sought as outlined in the RFP. The contract term shall be 12 months, commencing July 1, 2023, with an option at the discretion of the Board for two additional 12-month renewals.
The Board reserves the right to award one contract for all services required, or separate contracts for specific services.
